We have 3 PRIs coming into a 3300. Is there a way to make all calls coming in on one particular PRI route to one particular hunt group?

We have a 3300 with 5020 IP phones connected to it. These phones have been working fine. We recently purchased several 5215 dual mode phones and had a vendor install licenses. I tried adding these phones as new extensions but the phones give an error on boot up and then reboot...
Does anyone know if the 3300MX controller has "Whisper" functionality? Our vendor isn't sure and I can't find a detailed feature list for the 3300 on the Mitel site.
