Outlook 98 - "The Operation Failed" error
I have a Windows NT 4.0 SP5 environment running Outlook 98. Some users are getting "The Operation Failed" error when they open Outlook; they click on the OK button, it lets them in and everything seems to be working correctly. Has anyone seen that message before and knows why...- rbrok
