    Has anyone ever had a system monitor board fail and trip the cabinet breaker ? this has been upgraged to a 61c system. Will I need to take the switch down to replace this board when it arrives?     misplaced/missing 2616

    is there any way to tell when a phone would have been unplugged ? have a secure room missing a 2616 and no one happens to remember the phone being in the hands while leaving the area. Room requires a badge to enter so we know who went in when but don't know when the phone came up missing thanks

    when you push the make set busy button twice on most phones it results in you being logged out. On some phones pushing the msb twice just makes it busy and then unmakes it busy ?? swaping to a different 2616 fixes the problem but why ????????? All phones are display phones thanks

    Im sure i have a ton of tn's out there with numbers assigned but no phone attached anymore. is there a test that can use to see if there are phones attached to tn's. or tn's with no connection to a phone I'm new at this so be gental please
