Phone won't display caller ID
All of the phones in our organization will display caller ID except for one phone. I've tinkered around in the config menus on the phone and can't figure out how to make it show caller ID. Does anyone know how? Thanks!!- ImperativeReaction

Voicemail won't pick up
One of my extensions won't go to voicemail when you call them, it just rings and rings and rings. Where is the option to tell the voicemail to pick up? Our voicemail is extension 230. I just need to forward the call to that ext, right? Help! Thanks :)- ImperativeReaction
