    file crashes InDesign CS when trying to open

    Mac running 10.3.9 with InDesign CS 3.0.1. Everytime time I try to open file it causes the program to quit. Tried to open file on another computer and it did the same thing. Removed prefs, saved data. etc. Still no luck! Is there a way to fix the file? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you Sam
