    Window's Run Command

    Is it possible to use a Shell Command to run an application passing parameters to the run command in Windows, for my utility I am creating I need to able to have a button to activate an application, the paramters to be passed to the run command are Telnet XfireTest 53012? Any ideas. Thanks
