Have QSIG between 2 systems working fine. Issue is dialing xxxx over QSIG to CISCO, CISCO forwards (blind) back to NORTEL zzzz, zzzzz is set to FDN to callpilot, call never is answered by callpilot. Changed FDN to a DN, also never forwards. Have CLS set to SFA, also Trombone set to NO in RDB?
HP4KSME; Have a customer on a HP4K, users 'forward' their phone via station level "#91 xxxx". Once this is activated, can the administrator view and or removed the forwading via the GUI?
Have a customer asking about call tracking in the BCM50, installed several, but never "played" with CDR. I know there are download programs straight from the EM. Customer really just wants number of calls pre CO line into system. Anybody worked this issue before?
