    Cisco 828 over eps9 help

    I have just started a job where we have a eps9 link and i want to get this up and working but i have found that BT use pins 1 & 6 for the line and the cisco box uses pins 3 & 4 what can i do to get around this

    For some reason sophos is using all the system resources on some of the pc's on the network the service in question is savservice.exe it seems to use 100% of system resources and is making the pc's very very slow has anyone else had this happen to them or can anyone suggest some help please
