    Norstar voicemail

    Hello again, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to modify the prompts in voicemail? When an outside caller gets voicemail, they can press 1 for shipping, 2 for sales, etc. I would like to configure a button.. lets say 5 to dial extension 210. How would I program this? Thanks!!

    Norstar DID assignment

    Hello, This is my first posting. I have a Norstar Meridian phone system here & I am trying to find out how to route DID numbers. I have a new employee & his direct line number routes to a different extension. Is it possible to change the route via some programming setting on the phone?? Thanks...
