    Color Laserjet 4550dn not printing Cyan

    My 4550dn was working great then Bam no cyan. No error messages. Cyan toner cartriage not empty. How do I solve this problem? Are parts still available for repair? Can a faulty switch be disconnected and printer still operate normal?
