    Office 2003 Pro, Backing up Rules

    My end user has a bunch of rules that she has created and is in fear of losing them when i reinstall Office 2003 Pro. Is their anyway i can back up her rules? I have her emails,calander,contacts all that stuff but im unsure if her rules will load back up as well. Anyone know?

    lost dates on inbox email

    As of this morning I have noticed that my inbox no longer displays dates on the emails. I tried to install the DST patch a week ago but it told me that I had it already. Anyone have a clue? I'm using outlook 03 on XP.
