I installed a 9.2 with intuity voicemail. One of the users asked me if she could have 2 greetings for her mailbox.
I thought you can have 3. But in the user guide it does't say how. Can it be done?

Everything upgraded except Voicemail-Wavs-no, it stills say 9.0.1.0 build 53.

It seems to work when I plug a phone into the port, but when I take the phone out of the port it goes nowhere.

The main office (site A) has a hunt group with 8 members.
When 1 member does not come to work they would like to forward that persons hunt group calls to someone in the second office (Site B).

The inside addresses at end where the phone is, say site A, is 192.168.0.0/24.
The inside addresses at the ip office end, say site B, is 192.168.1.0/24
What sould the ip address be on the phone? Should it use DHCP from site A router, site B router, or the IP Office?

I'm having a problem that I think is related to softphones.
They just started using softphones and they have created red x errors.
They say "an extension with this ip address has already been configured"

Comcast came in and gave the customer a new modem with more bandwidth.
