I am supposed to be setting up store to store vpn dialing in the voice vpn table...I am looking for a little direction. I have setup the digits based on another site that has this setup but it makes no sense to me. The code in voice vpn table is 9555xxxx...then there is a key defined speed...
Does anyone know a work around for Mitel 6867i phones being setup with a group page button and putting an active call on hold without using multicast? OR does anyone know something about setting up Push to Talk but to a group of people? I am not having any luck.

I have a user who is able to fax local or other numbers, and I can fax local plus this particular number with no problem.
But my user is failing within 2 seconds of hitting "send".
We do not use account codes and the error is:

Can anyone tell me how to make it so that when an ACD agent is logged in (or not either way) and makes an outgoing internal call their private DN number wont show up, if possible to do? He is getting people calling in to his private DN instead of the queue as a result.

Anyone ever experience when time change occurs, the time stamp not changing when users check voice mail via the handset or desktop phone but if they are a Desktop Messaging user the time stamp is correct?

we have CP 4.0 and are unable to send any faxes at all, not even interoffice.
I am not sure how to do CallPilot trace but will as soon as find out.

We have an issue with or Option 81c where we are unable to call any cell phones in Dubai or Peru they have 16 digits.
we can call land lines in those two places but if we need to call a cell phone we have to use a POTS line or a cell phone.
Any advice? My vendor is suggesting we build a route...
