We have a rta_geo report we are having trouble with. Our customer is asking us to stop and restart the report. I'm in the /export/home/pserv/rta_geo directory, I see "stoprta" and "startrta" but when I enter those nothing happens I get a "not found" back.
Any ideas on how to start and stop...
We want to be able to tell the differnce from a call that is transfered instead of a new call. Right now, we are seeing a condition code 7 for both call types.
Example: Customer A calls into center, we speak with customer, then transfer off to a TFN.

I currently have AVAYA CMS V3R11, and an S8700 running CM 2.1.1. In the switch I can assign 60 skills to an agent, but in CMS I only can assign 20 skills per agent. Is there a system setting somewhere I need to change?

setup:
Customer has switch A with defintity audix. Switch B, C, and D are DCSed to A.
Users at switch A dial FAC *9 to get to retrieve VM. Callers that try to dial *9 at remotes get wave-off.
Is there any way to make the (or a) FAC dial the remote system to retrieve vm?
