This Call Center reporting has been running for years, suddenly real time reporting works but no call data is being collected. In mid August it stopped. Now all reports show 0's. Pre August reports show call stats?
Hello, our customer forwards a norstar 7310 to a nam voicemail ( F984 ). When someone calls their extension they sometimes get ' no reply ' in their display and their call does not go to voicemail as it should. Any one know what the no reply means and how to stp this from happening
