    Panisonic 123211 T1 setup, DTMF, Second Dialtone,

    Need to understand how to get DTMF to pass from user station when set up on a T1 line. Also the phone company says they can't provide dialtone, once user is on a CO line. Does anyone know how to set the "wink" timing options. Thanks Matthuw
