Pwr down/Pwr up procedure for CS1000s
I was wondering if there is a documented procedure on Powering down the CS1000s and powering it up. I have heard that on pwr up that you should start with the Callserver and wait for it to fully come up before powering up the other MG's. Is there an official nortel documented procedure...- RVstew

blocking certain numbers from leaving switch
Background: I have a 3rd party IVR looked after by someone else, one of the options from the IVR is to go to a Fax Server(5digit ext), on occasion, the IVR spits out the wrong DTMF and calls go to a persons extension. Octel 250 and 350 MWI problem
Background: Octel 250 and 350 connected to 2 DMS Centrex switches and a 350 connected to a SL100. Having an issue with MWIndicators either not coming on or not turning off. When you check the CDR you do see the message for toggling the lamp on or off (dir 0 or 1) but I constantly get...- RVstew
