    Superconsole 1000 Answering Call Problem

    I have a Mitel SX200 with a Superconsole 1000 that has no problems answering the first trunk on incoming calls. If a call comes in on trunk #2 or #3, the call rings in, goes away, rings in, goes away, etc. and you have to hit the answer button a couple of times in order to answer those (2)...

    Setting LS or GS for SX200

    When you set up the LS/GS Trunk cards for Loop-start or Ground-start, is it just the hardware jumper on the card that does the setting or do you also need to program this as well. If you need to program it, what form is used? Thanks.
