VirusScan 8.0 causes Arcserve backup to fail
Hi, I am currently experiencing a problem on 2 of our servers in which the Arcserve backup will fail if VirusScan 8 is running as well. The backups reach about 20% and then do not go any further. The backup cannot be stopped nor can the Mcshield service. The server needs a cold reboot to stop...- stusmi
