I am trying to get into voice mail through the web page MyCallpilot. I get a message that says Invalid Credentials. I am able to get into my voice mail through the Desktop messaging within outlook.

I have and Option 11 Succession Switch and some of my M2616 Display phones show Nortel and some have nothing on them. Can someone tell me why this is and how I can get them all to display the same thing.
