    Auto line select?

    I put an outside line on a button, How can that line be selected by just going off hook? To use it now I have to depress the button and then go off hook. Thanks.

    DSS won't work

    I have a merlin with 3 consoles the first two are QCC the 3rd and last one is a DLC. When I plug the DSS into the DLC console it won't work. But if I plug it in to the other QCC consoles it will work. I'm only using one DSS and I need it plugged into the 3rd console which is the last one and...

    Merlin Messaging on WAN

    I'm trying to set up several merlin messaging unit on a WAN. I can access the Messaging unit on the LAN but can't over a WAN. Does any one have any ideas? Does any one know it sends via tcp/ip or ipx. I have changed the sub net and gateway, still don't work.
