I just upgraded to 4.1 in hopes Avaya had finally fixed the DND Huntgroup ghost ringing problem (which they hadn't) only to discover that 1 out of every 10 incoming or outgoing calls the other person can not hear you (although you can hear them).
Anyone experienced this??

I'm running IP406 V2 with PRI T1 and DID and have not been able to pass the originating digits when calls are forwarded from a users extension.
Here is what is happening currently:
1) Call comes in to the user and the CLID is displayed on the 5610SW phone.
