    Issue halt remotely

    Hi, I have a GUI running on a diskless Linux machine that boots off of another. The GUI has a button that a user can press to shutdown the entire system. In other words, I need to issue a halt command to the box with the disk across the network. Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks,

    HELP! I've been trying to read a Joliet CD-RW on my AIX machine (4.1.5). It was burnt from Windows 2000. I see the wierd DOS names although it was not configured this way. Example: exam~1 Is it possible for AIX to read these files?
