    Lines not printing correctly

    I have a document with High resolution tiff's that have straight lines, which print out as dots. Also a line created in InDesign does the same thing. I have all of the settings set to the highest quality, and nothing seems to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    How can I customize the print comments options

    I'd like to be able to print comments with connector lines on single pages, but Adobe shrinks the text and uses way to much space for the comments. Can you adjust these settings? Also is it possible to print all of the comments seperately in order for the entire document and not page by page?
