    after install of Red Hat 7.1, monitor goes blank after start up

    The Installation goes smooth, then it reboots and after all the little green [ok]'s are done , an IP address flashes on the screen then the monitor goes blank. i tried different monitors, same thing. installed again on new hard drive...same thing happens. Any ideas? Happy Holidays Everyone.
