Is there a way to get into call pilot from the set?
Is there a way to program from a set? It's a real pain to have to fire up the laptop every time. I know how to get into the BCM from a set but not the call pilot. Thanks, Bob- rjcom

Upgrading MICS from 4.1 xc to 6.1 xc ...have nam 4.0.04c
When the customer switched vendors from Bellsouth to Deltacom the pri started randomly dropping. You have to disable the pri card and reenable. Then it works fine for several weeks. Deltacom says they are supplying true NI2 which Bellsouth was not and the Norstar has to be upgraded from 4.1 xc...- rjcom

PRI T1 msgo says cause 1: unassigned number
We have a PRI t1 tie from an opt 11 to a teleworks pc. Incoming calls to teleworks from opt 11 work fine. 4 digit internal calls from teleworks to opt 11 work fine. 7 digit calls from teleworks to opt 11 to go out on co t1 gets rejected with "cause 1: unassigned number". Any help would be...- rjcom
