I use to work with a Meridian option 81 where I was able to dial a prefix code (of 1570) and that would release the switchboard CLI.

I am trying to end ld 20 which I have got stuck in but the system is constantly asking for my customer number. Each time I input the customer number is errors with "CPNW list does not exist for this customer" and continually prompts CUST.
How do I end this vicious circle?
