Masking the DN (not just the display) for internal caller ID
Does anyone know if its possible to mask the actual DN from appearing in the display of the receiver's handset for internal calls. Obviously the "display" field gives the option to show a text value, but is there a way to stop or mask the DN itself? The business reasoning for this is for the IT...- Jon369

Device association - want to disassociate!!
Hi Guys I've recently setup 2 devices, both of which are working fine. Device 1 has 1 line - extn 8200 Device 2 has 2 lines - line1= 8202 & line 2=8200 (shared line with device 1). All very simple I know. However, the user requires diverting (cfwdall) device 2 to another device - call it Device...- Jon369
