    Speakerphone volume on a CM5

    Hi. The speakerphone volume is incredibly loud on my Callmaster 5, and changing the volume buttons doesn't affect it. Is there a way of altering the volume? Thanks!

    Callmaster Pings Once for Incoming call?

    Hi. We use Callmaster IV's here that ping twice when a call comes in to the agent. I've just bought 5 new CallMaster5's and set up the station, however, it only pings once (which is not enough notice!) Any idea how I can get this to ping twice again like the CM4s? Many Thanks, Neil.

    Time Server for CMS Server / Definity or Audix Intuity?
