FC4700 Problem Binding LUNS and Creating RAID groups
Okay just setup the Fc4700, both of the internal hardrives were wiped so I had to place an image on each drive. The 4700 is booting into windows and I can see the array with Navisphere. I notice that the base software shows as Active however it says a commit is required. I cannot bind LUNS... -

From Runlevel 3 to Runlevel 4 back to runlevel 3
Okay. I have my Redhat 9 box in runlevel 3 ( text CLI mode) about 95% of the time. Sometimes I need to go into runlevel 4 ( KDM) to do some functions. So I got a Linux server at my house that I have a Emulex LP8000 installed in to connect to my Clariion EMC SAN. I do not keep the SAN on all the time. I just turn it on when learning or what not.
