1: VOIP users can call out, but incoming Calls in the queue can not be answered.
2: Disconnect happens at a 4 minute interval when on hold.

Having problems getting two ports configured. Sniffer traces show 2 line numbers being sent, but only one line will register with the SS. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
