Am trying to get reports for an acd group for week of September 22. Seem to only get data far back as Oct 3. Is there default for how long data is retained in the system? Using command 'list bcms agent 7338 day 09/22' as the system asks for MM/DD format. Any help appreciated.
We're considering professional voice recording for mailboxes on our auto-attendant, and want easy way to navigate and do recording on 18 mailboxes. Is there a way to do this without them having to call into the system separate for each mailbox?

Added MWI button for ext 7456 on attendant console, but it doesn't light when message is left in mailbox 7456. The 7456 is x-port with cover path to voicemail. She has an MWI button on her console for another x-port station 2181, and that one lights when messages are left in mailbox 2181...

We have a phone which went dead somehow overnight. All is plugged in correctly. On the 'test sta' command it failed on Test No. 48. Does anyone know what that means? Our phone man is out, and this is all I know to do to check it. Any other help would be great. Thx.
Can anyone advise- two of the feature buttons suddenly quit lighting on an 8410D, and others are still working. They're administered as busy-indicators, when the people are on the phone the lights don't work now.
Does the phone need to be replaced, or can it be re-set in software??
