Does anyone know how to make a default profile for any user who logs on? I am wanting all of the software and changes made to appear on any profile (recently started to support macs). Any and all help is appreciated.

I recently reimaged a staff members machine. Copied all files from desktop, favorites and my documents. One file (which happens to be the college handbook) most of the bold fonts is not showing up. Also the font has been changed from the original font. This is an office 2003 machine. Any ideas?
