    access and visio - not able to open database

    I use Visio 2000 Professional and Office 2000 on a NT4 System. The database I created needs User-ID and password to open. When I try to do a reengineering in Visio it refuses to open the db, even though I enter the correct ID and PW. Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance. Synder
