Is there a way to tell who or what device is using a license at any given time? I currently have 8 connected users but have 12 licenses in use according to license management console.

I just put a new MPS 4 server online. In a remote office 3 users are compaining about dropped/disconnected sessions. All are using The 9.0 client. How would I go about troubleshooting this? There is nothing in the server event logs. Any pointers appreciated.
