Hi,
I've downloaded the RD and it works well - just like in XP Pro. However, I can only login to the remote server as the administrator. Is it necessary to purchase the Terminal services licences etc in order to allow non administrators to log in remotely?
Thanks,
John
Hi,
I made the time honoured mistake of assuming that I knew all about what I was about to do. :o)
Basically I want to upgrade a few 1999 model desktop PCs (with desktop cases) to modern stuff. This involves mobo+CPU+PSU replacement. So I need about 400 watt PSU. Looking at the dimensions of...

Hi,
Is there any way of importing Forms etc from a Ms Access .mdb file into a VB project?
I need to hide the Ms Access tables from certain operators so I want to give them a VB generated front end with a subset of the original forms as opposed to exposing the Ms Access DB to them.
Thanks,
John

Thanks,

Hi,
At present the max line speed for a cellphone(mobile phone) seems to be 9.6kB. Is this likely to increase in the near future?
I want to clients to be able to connect to a server using a laptop and cellphone(or pcmia card) to use terminal services; at 9.6kB it is hopeless. Anything over...
Hi,
I'm using a temporary Access2000 database(mdb) to hold temp files, in order to avoid Bloat on the Front End mdb.
At present I am deleting the temp mdb and recreating it each time I want to use temp tables.
I've been searching my Access 2000 library to find a method for deleting a...

Problem is that I can create a data access page from a certain table but the Data access page remains read only.

I...

Hi,
I've got a central MS Access 2000 database. I want some of the information to be made available to salesmen out in the field. Is the 'data access pages' facility in MS Access 2000 worth using. Are there any pitfalls?,
Thanks,
JohnH.
