    unmountable boot volume

    i have sony vaio laptop and since i cant access my restore feature i am stuck with the blue screen and i have no clue how to get to dos prompt with this particular computer. does anyone know of how to do this and also the commands to repair the boot.ini's thanks much `Decen Strife
