I have windows XP. And a few korean programs. But they just display weird characters like ³Ø½¼Ç÷¯±× or ???????? in the programs i can't actually see any korean hangul. How do i fix this. I have "install files for east asian languages" clicked in the Regional and Language Options in control panel.
