    w2kpro shutdown problem

    After upgrading w2kpro on srvcpk2 and directX 8.0 Windows will not shut down but will go in to permanent suspend mode with no way to reboot it, but only power it down! Same thing happened to me on my Desktop and on my Notebook. Need help. Thanks
