    VFP9 screen flashes on startup

    We have 4 programmers using VFP9. 2 of them get about 15 seconds of flashing screens when starting the program, 2 do not. I thought that they were all set up the same, but now I have doubts. Would anyone know what I might try to eliminate this annoying flashing? Your help is always deeply...
