    How to build and test a group page extension

    I built a group page and added one extension to this for testing. I am remote from site so I tested using the remote access. After I enter the barrier code I get the dial tone and then dial my group page number. I then get the dreaded error tones. Any ideas? Thanks much, Mike

    Can someone tell me what is the difference between a 703t and a 1002 rp CallPilot? I believe the RP to be a rack mount, and the 703t to be a tower. Are there any other characteristics that would make a difference? Thanks much Mike

    remove call forwarding from remote terminal

    Is there a way to remove call forwarding from a station? I am remote from the system, and need to dial in. When I stat the station, it shows it is call forwarded to another extension. The station is an "X" port that has bridged appearances on several phones. Thanks, Mike
