    What I have is mutable different extensions ringing into a central extension. I would like to remove one of the extensions from that group but do not know what load to start in or even if it is a group I am looking for.

    What load do I go into to increase the call forwarding paths? Also what do I need to change to increase it to 10?

    Change outbound Name display

    I'm new at this so please be patient. I would like to change the outbound name display from: Joe's Dinner 555-1234 to Bob's Eatery 555-4321. this is on a opt11c. Also if you could let me know the LD and steps to make the change it would be great. Thank you all, this site has saved my job.
