    ACD que disconnect from external switch

    External calls to my ACD que are being disconnected after 3 minutes because my switch is not sending a connect message once a call is placed into que.(the external switch assumes the call isn't connected) How can I be sure my switch will send a connect message once place into que?

    MIRAN backup to flash, Miran static

    Can someone instruct me on how to back up my MIRAN to flash? My Miran has a lot of static on it and I was going to replace the MIRAN card.......unless somebody has a suggestion? Also, once I replace the card how do I input the memory from my flash card onto the MIRAN?
