    When a call is placed on hold and it's timer expires the system rings back all the extensions that have that number on it. How can that be disabled?

    How do I forward a call between two sites/schools? Normally I would set call forward on the phone set but in this case there is no phone. The first number is a voicemail only number at a school and I need to route it back to here to an analog line/absence system. SX2000, LW33.3.2.8

    SX2000 Winch Capacity error

    Need your advice once again MIMB. One of my sx2000 locations is reporting the hard drive is full; "Winch Capacity" error. Any advice on what I can do? It's not that easy to look at the hard drive files and see what's filled it up or delete data.
