I have some code that includes the following statement:
Efrm::Init(tcKeyValue, tnAskAdd)
Can anyone explain what this is doing??
I understand the passing of values to the init function but what does the :: mean?

I have a toolbar that I want to put 256 color images on as icons. The toolbar editor shows the image in 256 color mode but after compiling, when I run, the toolbar shows a sad 16 color version of it.
What's the deal? Any ideas? Is there a 16-color limit to toolbar graphics?
