    Autonumber in Access Query

    I need to create a .txt file to upload into an accounting software. The 1st field of the .txt file needs to be autonumbered. I have a query to get all the data but need the first field to autonumber. Any suggestions??

    Open a blank form and find a particular record

    I would like managers to be able to change the status or location of an employee. I don't want them to see all the records but just the employee they need to change. Can I create a form that will take them to a particular record in a table? Thanks for the help! Bevo48
