    Converting Text "Wordart Effect"

    Lately I'm getting a lot of people who made a "Logo" with Microsoft Wordart. Redrawing this in Illustrator isn't a big problem, accept for 1. Is there an easy way to redraw the effect used in for example the Lonsdale logo. I'm using illustrator 9. There has to be a way, but i can't find it. Thanks
