    Proxy Server/Policy Editor

    I want to configure a PC to go in a public area and restrict browsing to a select few sites. Additionally, I want to protect the pc from meddlers. Can I use something called policy editor to harden down fuctionality? Will I still be able to acces the pc to administer and make changes etc.?
