    Not able to reach extension

    After working on a KX-TD1232 for several days I am having a problem getting two (separate) extensions to ring from the autoattendant prompt (enter the extension #) - they go directly to the voice mailbox. I've programmed each extension using 710 5 165 - still no go. Thanks Tim
