Hello, I have a few bulletin board mailboxes set up off of an auto attendant. My question is how do I force the call to disconnect after the BB message is played/heard? Currently the message plays and then it is dead air.

Hello, previously on our Audix system when a subscriber was set up the # sign was the initial pasword automatically set as the default. Some how this has been changed. Does anyone know how I would change this back so when adding a subscriber the # sign is the default password.
How does one locate in the switch which phones/jacks had been set up as power fail devices? ETP devices? Is there a command to find these?

Hello, the problem is on our spell by name AA, a users name comes up twice. After spelling out the last name, system prompt is press 1 for user A, press 2 for user A.
When you press 1, you get an invalid extension notice. When you press 2 it transfers correctly.

Example: a call or a forwarded message to the ceo's extension that ends up in the ceo's audix mailbox, also ends up in the admins. audix mailbox as well?

What is denial event 1190?

I may be missing something obvious, but any suggestions could help...Have a 6408+ with bridged apprs. for another users phone. cordless headset(plantronics cs50) connected to first user. When first user selects dial tone from headset it picks up the bridged appr.line not the headsets phone line...
